• Device Information: Type of device, operating system, and app version.
• Location Data: With your consent, we collect approximate or precise location to show nearby venues and nightlife activity.

• Hidden Mode: Users may vote anonymously; your attendance will count toward totals but your name will not appear in lists.
• Limited Display: Venues with under 10 votes may display only "Heating Up," without exact counts.
• Friend Visibility: Only mutual friends can message you or see your profile details.
We strive to maintain transparency and integrity in vote counts and venue data, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, after which your personal data will be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure authentication.
However, no system is 100% secure, and you use the Service at your own risk. We recommend using a strong, unique password and keeping your device secure.
